Initial Info. Request + Standard Work-Flow Guide
Initial Information Request
The client will provide Top Rank Consulting (TRC) with all the specifications related to the project, including but not limited to the following:
Computer-assisted drawings (CADs) for floor plans, interior elevations, sections, lighting plans, and ceiling plans.
What it is (FF&E) or inspiration moodboard deck.
Any 3D model the client may have (i.e., Revit, Rhino, Sketchup, etc.).
Background view images (if visible).
Activity: In case the client wants people to be included in the image, the client must send guidelines regarding quantity, diversity, dress code, and other relevant information about the individual(s) to be shown.
Site location photographic materials (aerial or pedestrian), Google Earth coordinates, and site plans.
Landscape layout, including specifications for vegetation (trees, bushes, etc.).
Miscellaneous: Any non-specific definitions such as reference images, websites, and ideas to reflect the correct style and feel that the client wants in the images/animations
Standard Workflow Process
Beginning of Work: Once a quote is agreed upon, the client will send a signed copy of the contract together with all the information specified in the IIR.
Opening Call and Draft Delivery Schedule: A TRC project manager will schedule an introductory Google Meet screen-sharing call with project stakeholders to define artistic and visual elements of the images (i.e., camera placement, time-of-day settings, etc.).
Clay View Delivery: TRC will send multiple camera options for each view. The client will confirm desired views, angles, and artistic and visual settings. Additional modifications after delivery will incur additional costs.
First Draft Delivery: TRC will send the first preview image(s)/animation(s) of the 3D modeling. The preview(s) will be sent in 2500px resolution.
First Draft Feedback from the Client: The client may update: geometrical adjustments, interior design, materials & lighting, texture & mapping, and landscaping. The client may not change the camera angle or time-of-day settings. Additional desired modifications will be charged separately. Upon receiving the markups, the TRC project manager will schedule a Google Meet screen sharing to better understand desired adjustments.
Second Draft Delivery: Based on the adjustments from the first draft markup feedback, TRC will send the second preview image(s)/animation(s) to the client.
Second Draft Feedback from the Client: A second round of feedback will be solicited from the client. The client will send the second draft image(s)/animation(s) marked up with the desired modifications. At this point, the client can only request slight amendments to the project (i.e., addition or removal of minor objects, changes to color, or population density, etc.). Camera settings, time-of-day settings, the geometry of the project, or landscape and interior design will not be changed. Upon receiving the markups, the TRC project manager will schedule a Google Meet screen sharing to better understand desired adjustments.
Additional Iterations, If Required: If, after the second draft, additional modifications that are deemed major (i.e., camera settings, time-of-day settings, etc.) are required, an increase in scope will be realized. An additional draft and review cycle will be necessary and the client will incur all charges associated with the extra task(s).
Final Delivery of High-Res Images: TRC will deliver the final image(s)/animation(s) in high resolution (5000px). The client will send final formal approval. The final image(s)/animation(s) will then be delivered either by email or uploaded to an online server for download. The delivery format is JPG or TIFF for images, and MOV, MP4 or QuickTime for animations.
